Hourly Rate: $75 per hour
Day of event services for coordinating:
- 1-3 hours of service include: set up, tear down, minimal decor, food, guests' gifts (optional)
- 3-6 hours of service include: set up, tear down, decor, food, entertainment, guests' gifts (optional)
Flat Fee: $1000-$1500
Full-scale planning/theme development
- 10+ hours ($1000) or negotiable depending on the complexity of the event includes: coordinate vendors, venue, decor, set up, tear down, food, entertainment, guests' gifts (optional), agenda, etc...
Deposits and Payments:
- 20% down payment required at the time of signing the contract
- Pull payment due 14 days before event
- Accept all major credit cards/electronic payment options are available
Consultation:
- All consultations are free to discuss customer's needs.
